2 Purpose

These terms and conditions regulate the use of the website provided by the Owner to its users. They may be modified without prior notice, so periodic review is recommended, especially when planning to use the products and/or services offered.

Access to the website is free and grants the visitor the status of User, who may access the content or contact the website administrators.

The Owner holds all rights to the website, including logos, structure, images, and elements constituting the object code, or has the proper authorizations from their legitimate owner, as well as the programming and engineering of the source code. All these elements, along with published materials, are protected under Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property regulations. Reproduction, adaptation, modification, or public communication of all or part of the website's contents, in any form or by any means—mechanical, manual, or otherwise—is prohibited without the express authorization of the Owner. Any link to the website must direct to the "home" or main page. Deep linking or links to content other than the main page is prohibited. Similarly, frame navigation or "framing" practices are not allowed.

For what purpose do we process your data?

The data of users of the e-learning platform is processed to enable the use of its functionalities after the assignment of access credentials and to resolve any issues related to its use or, where applicable, denial of service. The user's email will receive relevant communications and alerts, and these preferences can be configured and even changed in the Private Area, which is enabled, among other things, for this purpose.

Subsequently, the information will be processed to manage the corresponding evaluation processes and tutoring sessions.

How long are your data retained?

The data retention period is determined by the duration of the relationship with the Controller, in the user’s capacity as a student, and the legally established timeframes. Once this relationship has ended, your personal data will be deleted once all actions necessary to manage and conclude any obligations between the parties have been carried out. Data related to the use of the platform, including access records, connection times, and other campus functionalities, will be retained for a period of 5 years to accommodate potential inspections by administrative authorities with jurisdiction over the matter.

What is the legal basis for data processing?

For data collected through the platform, the legal basis for processing is the execution of a contract and the legitimate interest of the data controller.

Data may be shared with administrative authorities in legally stipulated cases.

What are your rights?

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed. Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, request the rectification of inaccurate data, or request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. In certain circumstances, individuals may request the limitation of the processing of their data or object to its processing. In such cases, the data will only be retained for the exercise or defense of legal claims. To exercise your rights as recognized by law:

The forums on this platform are intended exclusively to:

It is strictly forbidden to use the forums for:

• Sharing personal data of oneself or others (full names, phone numbers, email addresses, social media profiles, etc.), contravening what has been established with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

• Posting paid links, spam, or any promotional/commercial content.

• Sharing complete assignments, assessments, or test answers.

• Making offensive, disrespectful, or defamatory comments against other students, teachers, or the institution.

• Using the forum as a channel for customer service, complaints, or administrative claims.

• Starting discussion threads unrelated to academic content or not authorized by the teaching staff.

The forums are monitored by the tutorial team to ensure compliance with these rules. In this regard:

• Any post that violates these conditions will be removed without prior notice.

• In cases of repeated or serious violations, user access to the forums may be restricted or participation temporarily suspended.

• Posts that infringe current data protection regulations will be reported to our Data Protection Officer and may lead to appropriate actions.
