2 Purpose

These terms and conditions regulate the use of the website provided by the Owner to its users. They may be modified without prior notice, so periodic review is recommended, especially when planning to use the products and/or services offered.

 

3 Conditions of Access and Use

Access to the website is free and grants the visitor the status of User, who may access the content or contact the website administrators.

The User must read, understand, and accept these terms of use before browsing and/or using the services. By doing so, the User explicitly agrees to and adheres to the following terms and conditions: 

 i) Commitment to diligent use of resources, in strict compliance with applicable laws, good customs, and "netiquette," meaning the set of general online behavioral rules.

However, the Owner reserves the right to remove or not publish offensive or inappropriate comments or, where applicable, when made aware of their content.

The Owner holds all rights to the website, including logos, structure, images, and elements constituting the object code, or has the proper authorizations from their legitimate owner, as well as the programming and engineering of the source code. All these elements, along with published materials, are protected under Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property regulations. Reproduction, adaptation, modification, or public communication of all or part of the website's contents, in any form or by any means—mechanical, manual, or otherwise—is prohibited without the express authorization of the Owner. Any link to the website must direct to the "home" or main page. Deep linking or links to content other than the main page is prohibited. Similarly, frame navigation or "framing" practices are not allowed.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts and tribunals corresponding to the User's place of residence.
